Cancellation Policy

This policy regulates the rules related to reservations, cancellations and changes of appointments. In order to ensure the best service for all customers, please comply with the following conditions: Appointment cancellation – Appointments can be canceled or changed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Lateness – Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced service duration or cancellation. Payment and refunds - Payments are non-refundable / Refunds are possible under certain conditions. No-show policy - If you do not come to the scheduled appointment without prior notice and change the appointment, it is counted as if the appointment has been completed.
